I contacted Ace to have them come inspect since I was waking up with bites. Luis had me email him pictures and confirmed those were bed bug bites. I was stressed because it wasn't my first experience with those bugs and knew how hard they are to get rid of and how taxing the prep process was.
Luis called me immediately and set up an appointment at a time that would be convenient for me. He assured me everything would be taken care of and the best part was he has a new product that didn't require me to do a lot of prep before the treatment!
Luis showed up on time, inspected my apartment and treated it all within an hour. He is very friendly and professional. I texted him a couple times with some questions and concerns and he would always answer or call me to give me better explanations. I would recommend Ace 100%

I was going through another company and after 2 weeks my family and I were still getting bitten. So I started calling around and after 20 calls ( I noticed the same company I used first operate multiple bed bug exterminating companies in NYC) and the I came across Ace Bed Bug Exterminating. They came out the same day in less than an hour for an inspection. After the inspection I hired them and they did the treatment in 1 hr. To my surprise after just one treatment we were no longer getting bitten. I've not needed to call them since and the issue is completely gone. ALL THE OTHER COMPANY'S I CALLED HAD A MINIMUM OF 2-3 TREATMENTS. Luis and Adrian and Noeliz were polite, professional, and prompt with their service. I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE AND HAVE BEEN TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY. These guys are the best. They came to my home and quickly concluded that I did not have bedbugs. And they didn't charge me a cent!!! This kind of integrity is rare these days and speaks volumes about the business. I would not hesitate to contact them for a bedbug problem.

Pests?... none here!... helpful, courteous, professional... and no evidence of any bed bugs... followed suggestions by Ace Bed Bug Exterminating... been bug-free so far..... it's been less than 4 months... but we are grateful.... hopefully it will remain this way.

They are really good. They came once to seal up the potential rodent entrances and set traps. They have come back 4 or 5 more times to check traps and look for and seal new entrances. We never had to wait very long for a re-visit. They are my forever rodent control company.
