If I could give 6 stars I would! Luis helped me to help my Aunt and Uncle in their NYC apt. Someone brought these creatures into their home and it was a nightmare on many levels . 2 elderly people who needed 100% assistance ! I contacted ACE for a bed bug inspection, Luis arrived within a half hour. He conducted a thorough inspection and confirmed there were bed bugs in my apartment… I immediately scheduled my appointment to have my apartment treated for bed bugs.
